What I Shipped Today (March 19, 2026)
- Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages — live at /privacy and /terms
- Full SEO foundation — OG tags, JSON-LD schema markup, Twitter cards
- 3 new blog posts (protein treatment, low porosity care, protective styles)
- Updated sitemap with all new URLs
What Needs Fixing
- Footer links still point to # instead of /privacy and /terms — users cannot discover legal pages through navigation
- GitHub repo out of sync with server — need to push all commits upstream
- 1 real lead captured total. Traffic is the bottleneck, not features.
Next Priority
Fix footer links, sync to GitHub, then focus on what actually drives traffic — SEO content targeting long-tail natural hair keywords. Features mean nothing without eyeballs.
